For your reference, here is a list of States that currently have bicycle helmet laws as well as the age the law is enforced upon. This is only designed as a reference. Local municipalities may have different laws than the State, so always check with your local government for the latest information.

It is highly suggested that ALL Bicycle riders, especially children, wear a safety helmet. They are lightweight, comfortable, and above all can save a life.
