I wore yet another amazing pair of Rudy Projects today. The frame was the Maskeryna and I really loved it. It was so light weight and incredibly minimal I think it would be fantastic for just about everyone. With fully adjustable nosepads it should allow for a proper fit with most bridges. The rimless shield is ultra modern and aerodynamic.

The only concern I have with this style, vs something more substantial like a Rydon is it is so lightweight, so streamlined, that I have to question it’s durability. If you are a rough em, tough em kind of rider and don’t put your specs in the case post race I can’t imagine these shades will last too long.

However, if that’s not the case, this is a sporty frame that is also stylish in it’s own right. And with two color ways, tobacco and anthracite, there is one perfect for every kit.

Here’s what e-rudy has to say about the frame:

“The Rudy Project Maskeryna Collection is the look that turns heads. Super lightweight, maximum protection, outstanding comfort and a clean cutting edge design. The Maskeryna is what happens when performance meets attitude with a total disregard to conventional thinking. Grilamid TR 55 LX frame construction coupled with proprietary adjustable Silipad nose piece provides weightless comfort and maximum protection.”
